One thing that separates us from every other kitchen and bathroom remodeling company in West Palm Beach is that we actually care about the people we are doing work for. We like money and we need money to keep the business flowing, but I believe and God tells us that if money is first we will never succeed in anything in life. Are we perfect? Absolutely not, greed has a way of sneaking into our daily lives even when we don't want it to. So, although I am not perfect, I do my best to adjust my course when I see the ship is heading toward greedy land. I have learned over time that if I focus on treating the job as if I am helping a person, not doing a job for money, everything works out better in the end. I can say that almost every customer we have ever had has turned into a friend in the end, some closer than others, but all closer than simply business relationship. I do this for many reasons, money is one of them, but money is not the top believe it or not. Anyways, this last custom bathroom remodel that we did in West Palm Beach was the second bathroom remodel we did for this customer who is now a friend. It had its challenges, the first remodel that was downstairs went perfectly, this one, not so much! Both bathroom vanities were delivered with broken sinks, then I broke one of the light fixtures and little things kept going wrong, but, just like every bathroom remodel that Love By Design takes on, it was done to perfection. My customers know that no matter how much time passes, if something goes wrong with the job I did, I am just a phone call away.
